Our Relocation Consultant will discuss options, sizes, amenities and location preferences with the assignee and once a decision has been made, we will coordinate the lease signing with the local property owner or Manager.

In addition to the above, we are also able to provide assistance with Automobile Rental or Automobile Leasing for both temporary and long-term period.

 

 

If the relocating employee is returning to his/her home country at the end of the assignment, it is advantageous to maintain ownership of their home. In such cases, these services ensure that a professional management company cares for their home while they are abroad.

• Property Management – homes are inspected at initiation of management services. Supervised maintenance, gardening, repairs and emergency services are handled and periodic checks are conducted with the tenant. Service includes a 24/7 service to handle issues if they arise.
• Marketing and Tenant Services – properties are appraised for their rental value. We will ensure that properties are occupied continuously during the duration of the assignment of owner. Potential tenants are screened and personal interviews are conducted.
• Accounting Services – rent is collected and routine payments are deducted from rental and remaining funds are either held for assignee or transferred to assignee via wire transfer.
